Terms of Service
These terms apply to Local Audit Desk's one-time local visibility audit service. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service
The service is a one-time audit of public information about one business location. The audit may review your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, photos, public listings, contact path, and visible trust signals.
No passwords, login access, dashboard access, or sales call are required for the standard audit.
Delivery
The audit is delivered by email within 2 business days after successful payment and receipt of the required business details. If required details are missing or incorrect, delivery may be delayed until enough information is received.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business name, city/state, website URL, Google profile link if available, and contact email.
- Review recommendations before using them.
- Verify all business claims, services, certifications, prices, legal claims, and policies before publishing changes.
- Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
What Is Not Included
The $49 audit does not include implementation work unless separately agreed in writing. It does not include:
- Website edits or rebuilds.
- Google profile management.
- Advertising, SEO campaigns, link building, schema implementation, or technical SEO work.
- Review generation, fake reviews, review manipulation, or platform-policy evasion.
- Legal, financial, tax, medical, or regulated-industry advice.
No Guarantee
This audit identifies visible issues that may affect trust or clarity. It does not guarantee more calls, rankings, leads, sales, revenue, search placement, or approval by Google or any other platform.
Payment
Payment is collected through Stripe checkout. Stripe handles card processing. Local Audit Desk does not receive or store your full card number.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In short: full refunds are available before audit work starts. After delivery, refunds are handled case by case.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, fake review activity, misleading business listings, illegal activity, or any activity that violates platform policies.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Local Audit Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. The service is provided as a practical public-information review, not as a guarantee of business outcomes.
