Local Audit Desk Local visibility audits.

Effective May 24, 2026

Terms of Use

These Terms apply to Local Audit Desk's website and one-time local visibility audit service. By using the website or purchasing an audit, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Local Audit Desk provides public-information local visibility and trust audits for local businesses. The standard audit reviews publicly available information about one business location, such as the business website, Google Business Profile, public reviews, photos, public listings, contact path, and visible trust signals.

Audits are based on public information available at the time of review. No passwords, login access, dashboard access, private analytics, Google Search Console, ad accounts, backend website access, or sales call are required for the standard audit.

Delivery

Audits are delivered by email as a PDF report or private report link within 2 business days after successful payment and receipt of the required business details, unless otherwise stated. If required details are missing or incorrect, delivery may be delayed until enough information is received.

Private report links, if used, are not published in a public directory. They use unlisted random URLs, are marked noindex, and avoid obvious customer names in the link.

Customer Responsibilities

What Is Not Included

The $49 audit does not include implementation work unless separately agreed in writing. Optional implementation help may be quoted separately after the audit is delivered. The standard audit does not include:

Separate Implementation Help

Local Audit Desk may offer a separate quote for limited implementation help, such as website copy suggestions, service wording, review response templates, profile suggestions, or contact-flow improvements. Any separate implementation work must be agreed in writing before work starts.

No Guarantee

This audit identifies visible issues that may affect trust or clarity. It does not guarantee more calls, rankings, leads, sales, revenue, search placement, or approval by Google or any other platform.

The audit provides practical observations and recommendations based on visible public information. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, a full technical SEO audit, or a guarantee of search ranking changes.

Payment

Payment is collected through Stripe checkout. Stripe handles card processing. Local Audit Desk does not receive or store your full card number.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In short: full refunds are available before audit work starts. After delivery, refunds are handled case by case.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, fake review activity, misleading business listings, illegal activity, unauthorized access attempts, interference with website operation, or any activity that violates platform policies.

You may not scrape, copy, or resell the website, audit format, report structure, text, branding, or materials as a competing or substantially similar service.

Intellectual Property and Report Use

The website, audit format, report structure, text, graphics, and branding are owned by Local Audit Desk or its licensors.

Customers may use their delivered audit internally for their own business. Customers may share the delivered audit with their staff, website provider, marketing provider, or contractor for the purpose of improving their business presence.

Third-Party Links and Services

The website and audit reports may link to third-party websites or services, including Stripe, Google, Microsoft, public directories, business profiles, and customer websites. Local Audit Desk is not responsible for third-party websites, tools, policies, practices, availability, or content.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Audit Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost rankings, lost opportunities, or lost data. The service is provided as a practical public-information review, not as a guarantee of business outcomes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last updated.
