Refund Policy
This policy applies to the one-time Local Visibility Audit sold by Local Audit Desk.
If you request a refund before audit work has started, you can receive a full refund. Once the audit has been completed and delivered, refunds are handled case by case because the work has already been performed.
Before Work Starts
If you change your mind before audit work has started, email hello@localauditdesk.com. A full refund can be issued through Stripe.
After Delivery
Delivered audits are not automatically refundable because the report has already been prepared and sent. However, if something important was missed or the audit does not match the promised scope, Local Audit Desk will either revise the audit or issue a refund.
Missing or Incorrect Customer Details
If the customer provides the wrong website, wrong business details, or incomplete information, delivery may be delayed while Local Audit Desk requests clarification. Refunds in this situation are reviewed case by case.
No Results Guarantee
The audit identifies visible issues that may affect trust or clarity. It does not guarantee more calls, rankings, leads, sales, or revenue. Lack of a guaranteed business outcome is not by itself a refund reason.
How To Request a Refund
Email hello@localauditdesk.com with the payment email, business name, and reason for the request.
